Core Clerkship LogBook app for iPhone and iPad

-Simple, easy to use application with all features medical students need to create a logbook during core clinical rotations;
-Six different colors used to differentiate six core clinical rotations;
-User can pick from a specialized list of presenting complaint(s), diagnosis, procedures/tests, roles or he/she can add his/her own;
-Logbook can be printed directly or sent to a designated institution via email in excel spreadsheet form;
-Reminder button (can be turned on or off) asking user every Friday at 5:00 pm “Did you email your weekly logbook list to your school?”;
-Internet is NOT needed to create a logbook.
